A very small lovely childrens museum. One floor downstairs with a lot of open space. The exhibits are wonderful. The studio with activities for the kids is well done. A lot of open space for children to feel at ease. The story time is lovely and interactive beautifully done.
This little museum is a gem! With real artworks, hands-on activities and amazing storytelling. A nice surprise, our 2.5 years old had a great time and we did too. Totally suggested.
Me encantó!

BHC and the Rio Galleries have commissioned the following nine New York city based artists to create the mixed-media murals: Diogenes Abreu, Virginia Ayress, Milagros Batista, Sikolo Brathwaite, Ella Perez Gabriel, Luis Leon, Zahied Tony Mohammed, Moses Ros-Suarez and Black Rose. The installations will be mounted behind the glass walls on both ground-floor sides of the museum, each illustrating its own social justice narrative arc.
Great place for children to visit. The women reading at story book time was a bit unorthodox but still very nice and interactive. And nice art exhibits
This place was absolutely amazing! The staff were pleasant and inviting. Alexander our tour guide was especially wonderful with my students. He was engaging, knowledgeable and very patient. He made the experience for my students as well as for the teachers & parents an experience they'll never forget.
The art on display is unique and impressive. They have art by several ethnic artists and the space is large and welcoming. I will definitely be bringing my students here year after year for a field trip.
They are also open to the public and we did see a few families with toddlers there.
