(August 30, 2023, 10:38 pm)First time visiting Sugar Factory. At first we didn't know there was a restaurant, just thought it was a candy store. Glad we noticed.
All was excellent, except $16. for a small drink. One and done was fine, but can't pay that price often along with food bill. (If the casino let's me win I can, lol). Breakfast wasn't served the day we were there. -

(July 29, 2023, 9:18 pm)What an experience. Staff friendliness is out of this world. The portions are fairly large for the cost, and the choices seem never ending.
Pictured is the Oreo Madness milkshake. Perfection in every category and exactly as pictured. It blew my expectations out of the water. You may want to wait to order a milkshake till after your meal. Definitely treat it as “ice cream” and not something complementary to your meal.
For the meal I got the Super Cheesy Smoky cheeseburger. I ordered it mainly because of the notation of it being served at the table with a cheese sauce covering. Unfortunately, it wasn’t served as stated, the cheese sauce was just included on the plate. Nonetheless, even without the gimmicky presentation, the burger was cooked to my order (medium rare) and was delicious. The fries included were spectacular shoe string like fries.
A must visit if you’re in the area. The pictures you see of the place are not an exaggeration. -

(June 26, 2023, 6:44 am)We were on a little getaway so decided kids can have a little bit of sugar... lot of Sugar. We ordered smores milkshake, Shrimp Alfredo, Cheesy burger, and the rainbow sliders. The food was pretty good. The sauce inside the Rainbow sliders was pretty delicious. The pasta was not overcook and tasted just right.
