  I was rear ended in a car accident and tried other physical therapy offices that didn’t do ANYTHING for me at all. I switched attorneys and thank God I was referred to Suffolk Physical Therapy & Chiropractic in Islandia. Dr. Dow and Dr. Green were very caring on our fist appointment. They when above and beyond for my mom and I. They even did X-Rays, nerve exams and a bunch of other exams the SAME DAY and stayed after hours just to see all the injuries we sustained so they can start the appropriate treatment the next day. I mean WOAAWW very nice caring people. Nobody does this these days. Excellent customer service experience THANK YOU SO MUCH DOCTORS.
  I was attending the other physical therapy place for 2 weeks and they didn’t even know what our injuries were and just put us to do physical therapy only. They never even took an X-ray or do any testing and then after I told them I wasn’t going there anymore, then they magically send me scripts to do all the exams woaw!
  I can’t really express the gratitude my mom and I have for Suffolk Physical Therapy & Chiropractic in Islandia. This is the BEST BEST physical therapy/Chiropractic office i’ve ever been to a thousand percent.
  I also wanted to express my gratitude to Ms. Ali, the best physical therapy assistant, who my mom Jenny and I adoooreeee so much. She is very very smart and hilarious, very funny, caring and very kind and really cares about the patient’s health. She is very professional and dedicated to her career, she loves what she does and does it with love and it truly reflects in her job setting and we can all see that. When you really love your job/career is a bid difference to the world because we already have lots of other people in the wrong career fields and they provide the worst customer service. Ali treats you like family and makes you feel great after such a tragic moment in the accident.
  Ali makes sure you do all the proper exercises even if you’re tired lol but I really appreciated that because its only for our benefit and we feel a lot better now than 3-4 months ago. I for sure am looking forward to be a 100% but with the help of these great doctors, Ali, Kevin and Isaiah I’m confident i will get there.
  Kevin and Isaiah, physical therapy assistants, also thank you sooooo very much for the excellent treatment, patience, and respect to all your patients You guys are excellent human beings. You guys treat my mom and I with so much care and kindness and make sure we don’t have to wait more than 5 seconds to get us started on the treatment. 100% recommend these guys. I honestly hope Ali, kevin and Isaiah never leave this place because its just the perfect group of people. Shout out to all the receptionists, receptionist for pain management (one with very cute glasses), and also for Erika, the coordinator for Dr. Jacob. You girls are soo smart and help resolve all the problems fast and easy.
  All you guys in this long statement I’m writing lol honestly deserve a bigggg raise and i hope I’m able to help this way because I don’t write reviews often only when it’s well deserve and because you’re dedication and the love you have for your respective jobs its just to be praised. You guys are all 100% valuable employees and everyone would be honored to have you.
  Every time I come here I leave feeling great. Really thank you sooo much for everything. My mom Jenny will be bring empanadas 🥟 for you guys again. Thanks for the hard work ❤️❤️

  Dr Dow, Dr Green, Kevin, Ali and the whole team are absolutely incredible people and go far past expectations for their patients. I’ve had many issues recently and this team has constantly gone above and beyond every single time I come into the office to make me feel better. They know all of their patients by name. They check in constantly to make sure you are comfortable during therapy and truly care about your needs and your health. Dr Dow made me feel welcome from the moment I sat in my consultation and has made himself available even outside office hours to make sure his patients are taken care of after I had an issue. A+ experience. Can’t thank you guys enough!!

  Dr Dow and Dr. Green are amazing at what they do! I came here with back pain and neck problems and they didn’t hesitate to take care of me! Getting adjusted feels soo good I feel like a brand new person! They also have these cool decompression machines, gym equipment, heat pads for your back and many more. I wouldn’t trade anywhere else for this office. Also the coworkers at the front desk and the physical therapist and assistants all attend to your needs. Everyone here is just amazing. Thank you guys for helping me out! Dr. Dow your the best! Dr. Green you too! ❤️
