(May 31, 2023, 9:04 am)I've been going to the Medford facility for about 2+years. The waiting area is clean N not overcrowded with ppl. The office staff are nice, respectful and very courteous. They work with your appointment scheduling at the patient's request or availability. The doctor's assistant are also nice, courteous N respectful. Dr. Sara is one of the best foot doctors I've seen. She's knowledgeable, caring and explains foot problem and or procedure, if needed. My overall experience is 10+**. I've also recommended my son N wife. They are also satisfied with the services and have positive experiences with Dr. Sara Elbashir. So if you're looking for a caring, experienced foot doctor, this is the place to go. I have not been to any of their other locations (but why if I'm totally satisfied with the Medford facility, staff and doctor).
My thanks and appreciation to SUFFOLK FOOT & ANKLE Medford office. I'll see you all next month. -

(April 17, 2023, 6:16 pm)Dr. Sara El Bashir is terrific. She is friendly and kind. She listens to your problems and solves them. She doesn't rush you out. My family and I will continue to go to her for our foot problems. All her staff, including everyone in her Medford office are all so nice and friendly. They make your visit pleasant.
