(May 31, 2023, 10:26 am)Sue made our house sale go like clock work. We put the house up and went on a two week vacation. While away, she set up normal visitations as well as an open house. She communicated with us the whole time. Within a week she had four offers and a sale. When we got home she negotiated a closing date and made all of the arraignments needed to meet that date. She took care of the, so called, little details and behind the scenes necessities that most people are not aware of. Sue did a great job for us and made the sale go so smoothly that we almost wanted to do it again. The only thing she didn't do for us is pack for the move.
