  We have purchased carpeting from Suburban Floors on two occasions; the first time was wall-to-wall for a room and accompanying staircase, and the second time for a second staircase. Both times we were extremely pleased with the outstanding customer service, expertise in helping with carpet selection, and precision installation. Working with Emily and Frank was a most pleasant experience. Emily was meticulous each time in helping us choose the perfect carpeting. Although we had general ideas of what we wanted, Emily asked just the right questions to help narrow down the selections -- in color, style and padding.
  
  In our previous home we purchased carpeting from a big box store, but the difference in the overall experiences between a big box store and Suburban Floors is similar to the difference between fast-food takeout and Chateaubriand. When making an investment in our current home we decided to go with the latter. We recommend Suburban Floors without hesitation.

  Great patience and product knowledge by owners. Terrific supervision of very experienced crews who performed flawless and incredibly quick and skillful installation of both kitchen tile and wall-to-wall carpet. My best experience during a long home renovation.
