  Did the cyro chamber today and loved it! Can’t wait to continue using the services here for my fitness journey. The staff is so kind and attentive :) If your on the fence just go!!

  The sauna was lovely to enjoy together as a couple, then I went into the cryo chamber. While I was doing compression sleeves for both arms and legs my girlfriend got a facial. The staff attendant used local cryotherapy on my face and cleaned my skin which helped my face both feel and look much smoother. Afterwards they did local cryotherapy on my lower stomach which soothed the pain of my cramps ladies you know how great this can be. The staff was able to make the experience very enjoyable and when I was done, I came to find my boyfriend sleeping with the sleeves on, safe to say he enjoyed his visit as well.

  Loved my experience! Did cryotherapy and leg compressions. Felt great afterwards! Owner Anthony is very nice and knowledgeable! Really took the time to explain everything to me. Will definitely be returning!

  My wife and I recently visited Subzero and were warmly greeted by Anthony and Brandon. It was a very clean and welcoming environment-the place smelled amazing. They both were so down to earth and explained what each service entailed and what the benefits were. I decided to try out the full body cryo. I was nervous at first, but Anthony walked me through each step. I entered in the tank and did 3 full minutes. It was definitely freezing, but very manageable. After I was done, I immediately felt rejuvenated. I slept excellent that night and my body felt great. We both will definitely be returning to try out additional services they offer-We can’t wait to go back! If you’re hesitant to try it out, stop in and check it out-Anthony and Brandon were excellent!

  I did the Cryo extreme session for the first time and it was a great experience. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect but Brandon walked me through the process. It was definitely cold, but not unbearable and I felt great afterwards. I also did the compression sleeves on my legs and hips which helped me recover from running and working out. You definitely need to try this if you have never done it, I can’t wait to go back!
