  Great little shop with everything from t-shirts to designer handbags. You never know what treasure you will find! And all at a great price!

  This was my first time shopping at Style Encore and I had a great experience. Shannon is amazing and super friendly and I felt very welcomed! I will recommend this location to my friend and will be a frequent flyer.

  I called the store to inquire about a designer bag and Paulina picked up the phone and I asked if I can know more detail about it or if she can hold it for me and she gave me a hard time even though I was already on my way so I said what kind of condition is it in and she said you will see when you come in. I entered the store and once she saw me she went to the back of the store and I was NOT greeted by her or any of the employees. I stood by the counter wanting to inquire about items in the store and everybody ignored me and nobody helped me. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. I was not treated properly. Poor customer service and especially for her as an assistant manager she should’ve been setting the example for the other employees. I went in I contacted the other assistant manager Alicia and told her my experience there and she was very apologetic and helpful for me having that experience. Alicia reached out to Asia and they asked me to come in and explain what had happened. Asia and Alicia were very helpful and definitely showed amazing customer service towards me. I am very thankful they took the time to speak to me and resolve this. After i spoke to Alicia and Asia I decided to head over to Style and go shopping. Yet again Paulina was there and turned her back to me when she saw me and I saw her and the other employee making eyes and smirking. I stood there waiting to see an item in the showcase and both Paulina and the other employee went to the other end of the store and had there backs to me while I was waiting for help. Poor customer service. Thank you to Asia and Alicia again for all the help and understanding great managers to be in that store.

  Super nice staff, and they have lots of great items to choose from. The store was clean and well organized. The displays were beautiful. They have a rewards/point program you can sign up for too. There are several dressing rooms to make sure it all fits. They carry accessories, clothing, shoes, etc.
