  I have very thick, semi-curly hair and have been told over and over again by various stylists that it would be a bad idea to cut it short. I have always dealt with frizz and the curly hair triangle (curly haired people know what I’m talking about) but I have also had it cut short before and loved it. As a parent of young kids, I need something manageable, easy to maintain, and quick to style that doesn’t make me feel frumpy.
  
  Jenn assured me that she would give me the haircut that I wanted, and she definitely delivered! My hair is cute and manageable. Even in the hot, humid summer weather, frizz has not been an issue, and all I have to do is run a little product through my hair after a shower and it looks amazing all day, even when my kids are messing with it! It has almost never been this easy while also looking great.
  
  Despite being very busy, Jenn also made special arrangements for me to have my hair cut before the recent birth of my youngest child, which was so appreciated. The salon was very clean and Jenn was personable while also professional.
  
  I very highly recommend this salon, and I will continue to have my hair cut here despite living 40 minutes away!

  I highly recommend both Jennie and Katie. Jennie is amazing with color. I love vibrant bright colors and she always finds the perfect color palettes. Katie cuts my sons hair and always does an amazing job. The salon is very clean and professional as well.

  Katie is fantastic! ALWAYS impresses me with how knowledgeable she is about the science of hair color. I change my hair color pretty often, and she helps me figure out what I want, and executes exactly what looks best on me. It's also very relaxing to be in her chair; she just puts you at ease.

  I see Jessica and she's amazing. Kind and talented she's totally doing something great with her career. I've gone to her twice and she's transformed be both times. First time was while pregnant and a mess and last time was new mom and a mess. She's wonderful and this cozy little Aveda salon is an absolute diamond in the rough. West Springfield isn't necessarily an edgy, up and coming city but you certainly get that city quality at this place. I go to Jessica but I have absolute trust that anyone here would be wonderful!

  FANTASTIC place with skilled hair technicians and a cool vibe! I love that they use Aveda products which never tests their products on animals! And they do such a relaxing temple and upper back massage after your haircut. Love it! Jessie is my hair stylist and she has always done my hair with perfection. Gif you need a great salon with amazing people and amazing products, go here. You won't be disappointed!
