Everything is fine but the system is off. You need an appointment for cough drops! It not only hard for the students but also a waste of time for the provider. When you need cough drop at that moment, you really need it then, not tomorrow or the day after! They should leave cough drops in a basket in the waiting room so students can grab them when needed.
My daughters 1st semester as a Freshman at Quinnipiac was complicated by some minor illness. She received EXCELLENT care by the nurses at Health Services. Thank you!
