Dr. Lang knows what he's doing, you're in good hands.
**Long Version**
I've been having some back issues, on and off - and currently getting over a major herniation... Tried different treatments, from physical therapy to chiropractors and massage, with limited success - mostly things get better over time and rest.
Dr. Lang was recommended to me by a friend, and I decided to give it a try - can't hurt, right? I'm skeptical, been there, done that sort of thing... This was different.
Let's leave the fact that he's a pleasant, sincere, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and genuine person on a side.
The work he's done felt a like a simplified chiropractic adjustment - but not at all. He's been applying his technique to correct my posture. That, in fact stabilizes the whole body by removing strain in the areas which are compensating for the instability.
Dr. Lang, unlike other practitioners, explains everything very well and elaborately, so that when I'm not in his office - my posture monitoring and awareness are always on my mind. He invests in you, making long-term results possible.
Most importantly, next few days after the treatment, what felt like a minor adjustment at the time seems to have a noticeable effect, and I feel this positive sensation of active tissue (like after a good workout, when blood and oxygen are circulating better perhaps.) I also feel more relaxed in my whole body. Lastly, I haven't slept this well in a while. :)

(September 30, 2022, 8:41 pm)Even after only the first visit to Structural Synergy my posture had improved. It feels easier to maintain proper posture as well. I even breathe better and feel like my chest opened up. I’m visibly standing straighter too. Also the therapist was a friendly and cool guy himself.

(September 15, 2022, 10:29 am)Dr. Lang really knows his stuff . I've affected by lower back pain/ sciatica for some years now. I have seen other chiropractors and acupuncture is the past with minimum results. After only three visits, I can already feel the benefits of my treatment. My posture is much better, people notice it. My Pain is gradually going away. Dr. Lang is very knowledgeable and down to earth. My visits feels like I'm hanging out.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

(July 27, 2022, 12:02 am)I have always had problems with my back and posture (not standing straight enough, back aches, slouching). After randomly having come across a Groupon deal promising to “restore my upright and natural posture,” I decided to give it a try.
On the first session, Dr. Lang assessed me by taking photos and then talked me through what was going on with my posture and how it was impacting my whole body. After only three visits, I can already feel the benefits of my treatment. I have more energy, started to feel more clear-headed, improved breathing and vastly reduced aches and pains in my back and shoulders. I’m able to work pain free for hours and not get to the end of the day feeling wiped out. What I also like about working with Dr. Lang is the education aspect. I have gained a better understanding of my body and how it works. I’ve learned a lot in regard to posture hygiene which has maximized the benefits for me.
Another thing worth mentioning about this practice is that it is very different than any other doctor’s office. There’s no front desk or waiting room. The relationship with the doctor is very personal. You can text him directly to book or cancel a visit and your appointment always starts at the time it is scheduled for.

(August 31, 2021, 2:22 pm)Visiting from Florida for the week, came here because back was aching from the flight, never heard of posture correction before, came in for 4 visits. Back pain Gone after first visit, more interesting breathing got deeper and easy. Added before and after photos 1st and fourth visit because I have never seen such results before from massages or other chiropractic and physical therapy. I didn’t believe the photos saw on the docs Facebook. Told me to breath in breath out let your body slump. Took photos. Neck looser, more awake. Great experience, Dr Dmitry took time to explain what we were doing and taught me how to sit and sleep properly. Office is in a CrossFit gym, LOl his place looks like a art gallery. Highly recommend will hopefully find someone in Florida who does this work.
