  When I joined Strong Together over 6 years ago, I could have never dreamed of the incredible community and the self-improvement I would find. I love that I get an amazing workout with the best people. We support each other in and out of the gym and are truly a family! Coach Frank personalizes every single workout to my needs and always encourages me to be my best. As I approach my 60's, I know that it is more important than ever to keep fitness a top priority in my life, and I believe it is key to find what type of exercise works best for you. Strong Together workouts are modified for every ability, age, and need. No matter what your age or where you are on your fitness journey, every day is another chance to get stronger, live healthier, and to be the best version of you. Come join us and invest in yourself. You will be so glad you did!! We are STRONG TOGETHER!!

  I have been a proud member of Strong Together since they opened. Throughout my time here, I’ve had the pleasure to experience training with so many wonderful people. Coach Frank has helped me out of my comfort zone while pushing me to my personal best. He has been a terrific coach during my fitness journey. Not only does he help with your physical goals, but also takes the time to cater to the mental wellness portion of our lives. I’m grateful for all of the members of the Strong Together family and I couldn’t see myself anywhere else.

  STR CrossFit is great! I have only been a member for a few months but already see a difference in my strength and stamina. I came in with some knee issues , but with Coach Frank providing modifications and suggestions, I have not had any problems. It is simply the best! I joined to get in shape for hiking into Patagonia in a few months and am confident I will be.
  
  Update: With the support of the STR CrossFit Family and coach Frank, I was able to complete the trek in Patagonia. Could not have done it without them!

  I joined Stronger Together Roxbury Crossfit in January of this year and have loved every minute of it! I am getting stronger every week and my health has improved - I actually dropped my Cholesterol Score by more than 40 points! Coach Frank is the best - he is very knowledgable and motivates me to push myself further than I think is possible, while keeping a close eye on me to make sure I don't do something wrong and injure myself. One of the greatest benefits that I was not expecting when I joined is meeting some really cool people; I have a new circle friends that make working out so much fun. Coach Frank often organizes "out of the gym" events, something that other gyms don't offer. I am totally hooked on Roxbury Crossfit thanks to him and my new friends!

  I joined about six months ago and in about 3 months I met the goal I had set for myself, I not only lost the weigh I was looking for but I also feel so much stronger and motivated to come to class everyday. I tried other classes but CrossFit blows them out of the water because of Coach Frank, He does an amazing job focusing on your fitness goal and tailoring according to your fitness level. I truly recommend anyone to join if you are looking to make a positive change to not mind and body. (The pictures I’m posting are before I started CrossFit and after )
