  PT @ strive Best choice I made this year. The team helps you learn to move correctly and pushes you to do it!
  Came with bulge and low back stenosis afraid I wouldn't be able to play golf and enjoy my retirement years. Thank you Julia Shinkle, Kayla Kotteles and Kyle Morrison.

  All the physical therapists, Julia, Jared and Kayla are the best. They’ve helped me recover from back surgery and a shoulder problem. They are friendly, professional and the room is well organized and clean.

  Strive in Princeton has 2 of the most amazing physical therapists. Kayla and Julia are not only smart, but so caring as well. I have never had such devoted caretakers. They are so smart and knowledgeable about what rehab you need. Strive is so lucky to have hired these brilliant professionals!!!

  I had been suffering with double hip bursitis for over 3 years. I saw my orthopaedist every 6 months for cortisone shots, but they were becoming less & less effective. I had tried physical therapy about 2 years ago at a different location but it did not help at all. When I realized cortisone shots were no longer an option I decided I would try physical therapy again. I visited about 5 different locations & decided to go with Strive. From the get-go it felt right. The facility was clean & the atmosphere was cheerful. I decided to work with Julia and I will forever be grateful for that decision. Julia is exceptionally knowledgeable and such a delight to work with. When I had a slight setback, she effortlessly guided me & in no time I was as good as new. After every new exercise I was given a printout with a picture & clear instructions so that I could follow up at home. My husband is now working with Julia to alleviate the shoulder pain he’s been dealing with for a long time. He is equally grateful to Julia for the strides he’s been making.
  
  I could not recommend Julia & Strive Princeton more for any of your rehab needs. You will not regret it.
