(June 22, 2023, 8:08 pm)So this week my therapist at stress care was out and i was given Alan Shaffery to be my temporary therapist for the week. He did very well for being my therapist. I struggle to trust new therapists but with alan i felt like i could trust him. He was very nice. During our session i was able to vent and express how or what i was going through. Normally meeting with a new therapist you have to re-explain everything and it becomes annoying, but re-explaining everything with alan as him being my temporary therapist felt safe and ok. I couldnt have asked for a better therapist. Stress care needs more therapists like him and my current therapist.

(March 14, 2023, 5:57 pm)I’ve been seeing Dr Bethencourt for years. He’s always professional, courteous, listens to his patients needs, and extremely caring. He is the only reason I come to Stress Care.
When I called to make an appointment, the girl answered, I informed her I was calling to make an appointment, without addressing me, she just put me on hold. Never acknowledged me. Then, after a few minutes, I was disconnected, and had to call back.
I then got a Brianna, who was very nice, informative, and got me scheduled.
I than checked in, at my time, by a very nice gentleman, and I was put in a que, to wait for the Dr. While I was on hold, I got disconnected, and had to reconnect, and was on hold for 20 mins.
In conclusion, I only give the office a 5 star because of Dr Bethencourt, he’s worth the wait! -
