(August 14, 2021, 9:24 am)These guys are fantastic. Never had any issues. I signed up for monthly payments and everything went smoothly. The manager Lamar is great and so helpful and easy to work with. As another reviewer pointed out, i too was charged a full month for one day of service at the end of the term but I understand that's their business model. Great service nonetheless.

(August 7, 2019, 4:05 pm)Our family rented a storage unit between each school year while our son was at Lafayette College, including an eight month period when he studied off-campus. This facility is well kept, clean and safe, and we found it very easy to communicate with Lamar. Highly recommend.

(March 29, 2017, 1:31 pm)I called four different storage facilities in my area and after speaking to Lamar on the phone I knew Stowaway would be the place for me. Arriving to the site and meeting Lamar in person was a great pleasure. He knows his job well and most importantly his customer service skills are top notch, which you do not find too often anymore. Everything was explained in detail so no hidden charges later on. He went above and beyond once I realized my original unit was too small and he found the next bigger available unit within a few minutes. The location is secure and well maintained, so with all that said I highly recommend Stowaway! Thank you for the experience Lamar!

During this time manager Lamar Herod and customer service have always been very helpful and accommodating with their assistance during my rental of storage unit within the facility.
