(February 8, 2023, 9:36 am)Since StorQuest took over the units in Farmingdale things have been handled much better than the issues that were persistent with the prior business. In particular I'd like to mention Ricky at the front desk who on multiple occasions has been kind, courteous, and helpful going above and beyond what is needed. He truly made a difference to my family and I with his prompt actions and commendable customer service. If StorQuest Farmingdale hired more staff like Ricky they'd be nonparallel to other facilities in the area.
