  If I were a broker and Lisa Ferraro was one of my realtors, I would award her the “Realtor of the Year” and bestow upon her the highest of honors in your industry. She assisted my husband and me in renting our Long Valley, NJ properties. Over the years, I have worked with several real estate brokers and agents on several real estate transactions, and I can confidently say that Lisa is the best agent I have ever worked with.
  
  Lisa has the qualities that make her an extremely successful, efficient, and effective realtor. She has high integrity, is conscientious and tenacious, and always keeps our best interests in mind. Though our real estate rentals were small transactions relative to the size of properties and transactions Lisa typically handles, she treated my husband and me with the same professionalism and courtesies as if our transaction was substantial with a big payday.
  
  One of the qualities Mark and I respected the most was her no-nonsense style. As busy individuals, we don’t have time to waste with unnecessary idle chit-chat and pacification. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting our time. She did a great job listening to our needs and did not waste time showing our property to those that did not meet our criteria.
  
  She was responsive to our questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails and texts. She showed great attention to detail, enabling the transactions to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly, and we rented our properties quickly.
  
  As mentioned above, she represented us well. We would not hesitate to use her as our listing agent if selling a property. We have the highest confidence level in her and know she can correctly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future real estate transactions, we will only have Lisa represent us.

  Just sold our home with Elena Narcise and Stonybrook. She was AMAZING to work with and really went the extra mile to ensure all the little details and last minute stresses of selling a home were taken care of. Would recommend her a million times over to anyone looking to sell/buy. Thanks Elena!

  Cheers to Andrew Casano for helping us purchase our new home! He has such a great energy and he used it to keep us moving through every step of the buying process. Always responsive, always helpful and always upbeat and positive. Thank you Andrew!! (The sellers were even impressed 😉)

  Realtor was great. She was knowledgable, easy to coordinate with, made herself available and advocated for us well. Made selling a house as easy as she could.

  Stephanie Martino was an absolute dream to work with during our home buying process. She was very responsive in coordinating showings and we could tell she really listed to our "wants/needs" list when identifying potential properties to view. We were first time home buyers and needed a lot of hand holding throughout the process and Stephanie was quite responsive to our questions and provided great suggestions and insight. Once we put in our offer, she continued to go above and beyond in coordinating all of the necessary inspections and providing great recommendations for vendors to use to make sure everything checked out before closing. Her sunny disposition and positive attitude made our experience even more wonderful.
