  Absolutely gorgeous place to have a wedding. I was a guest so I don't know the price or the people but we thoroughly enjoyed the party & the beautifully kept grounds.

  We could not have picked a more perfect location for a relaxing trip to The Berkshires than Stonover Farm. The 10-acre farm is gorgeous, just up the road from Tanglewood, and its proprietors, Tom and Suky Werman, were very nice and accommodating. Their assistant, Christine, was also very kind and answered all of my millions of questions! We stayed in the Rock Cottage, set at the rear of the property and backing up to woods, and it was wonderful! The cottage was very nicely decorated, but not over the top, with all the comforts of home available (DVD, Bose sound dock, WiFi, etc). One thing I really like about Stonover Farm is that, even though the B&B was "full" when we were there, it never felt like you couldn't go anywhere without running into people. At times, it felt like we had the whole farm to ourselves. Having things like Wifi and a DVD library were nice additions, in that most places like this eschew modern conveniences for a more rustic feel. Here, you could shut everything down and stay off the grid...or not. The morning's breakfast, cooked by Tom Werman, was a home run, with the signature "Tomlette" being a personal fave (eggs, goat cheese, mushrooms, sautéed onions.) The dining room in which we had breakfast was very lovely, and overlooked the huge duck pond on the property. If you're looking for a beautiful, serene, relaxing place to stay in the Berkshires, I cannot recommend Stonover Farm highly enough. One note: the Wermans have sold the farm, and new owners will take over in October, 2021. They have pledged to continue running Stonover Farm as a B&B and I sure hope they do!

  Just got back from a fantastic stay! We stayed in the "School House" and it was a perfect fall/winter getaway. The room was cozy, clean, and gorgeous. We liked it so much - we originally booked 5 nights and added a 6th night on because it was so lovely. Breakfast was fantastic, and Tom & Suky were extremely diligent with covid protocol. There are also a bunch of lovely trails & hikes nearby. Can't wait to go back.

  A truly perfect Berkshire wedding spot! Stonover is a real gem, minutes away from Tanglewood and Kripalu. I've photographed several wedding and events here, and it's absolutely fantastic!!! If I didn't live minutes away, this would be my B&B of choice when visiting the southern Berkshires.
