(June 21, 2021, 1:07 pm)At the top of a steep climb, nice spot with no views. Lots of water nearby - filter it tho. Hang your food!! Look up the PCT method. The minimal amount of effort it takes is worth your not losing food and impacting the bears.

(June 18, 2020, 11:35 am)Shelter is in great shape. Unfortunately a lot of trash and broken glass in the area. Not a lot of great tent spots nearby, but beautiful views and the lake is 0.75 mi down the trail.
