(June 28, 2023, 8:59 am)I had a great experience. They got me into the shop when I arrived at 8AM and had a rebuilt Allison 4000 transmission installed and the wheels were rolling the next afternoon. Service Manager, Service Writer and Technicians were all highly experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant. I could not imagine a better experience.

Out of my 10 years of driving, and 6 years of being an owner Operator, Andrew is the best mechanic I've ever had. He's is patient, attentive to his work, and answers my questions without hesitation and thoroughly. This is my new go to place for my 2015 Cascadia. It was a real pleasure. Thank you guys!!! Oh, for those who want to know, I had a turbo replaced.
