Whenever I took my old car here for service scheduling was straightforward, prices were fair, and the communication was clear and professional from each staff member I had contact with. The work was done when they said it would be done at the price they quoted me. When my old car started to need expensive repairs they were patient with and respectful of me throughout the process of deciding whether to purchase a new vehicle and answered all of my many questions. When I purchased a new vehicle they sent back the parts they had ordered for my old car (with my consent) and looked over my new one for me. In bringing my vehicle to Steve's I have always felt that they have been honest with me and treated me well. I am happy to call them my mechanic.

(January 5, 2022, 7:19 am)I had an issue with my brakes. Everyone in the area was pretty busy, and couldn't see my car for a few days. Steve's took me in the very next morning after I called them. They found the problem, and I was back behind the wheel that afternoon. I find them to be extremely honest and professional, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any repair needs, and will most certainly be going back there again and again!
