  I trained here for over 6 months this past year. I only stopped because I was moving away from the location and it made me sad to do so! The staff and fellow students are all a great group of individuals. There is respect and care for all skill levels and Steve, Antonio, and Malik all consistently go out of their way to make sure every student is clear and comfortable every step of the way but will also push you when needed to achieve your best. I had a background with kickboxing but learning Krav was such a great skill that felt so practical and applicable for the crazy world we live in today. The instructors use this approach to really help prepare you for self-defense out in the world should you need to use it. In my short time there, my mental and physical health improved dramatically, and I feel significantly more prepared and confident for any type of altercation I might find myself in. Would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to learn self defense, get a great workout, and/or just looking to have some fun with a great group of people.

  I’ve been training here nearly every day for about a month and I love it! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming of beginners, and advanced students are particularly happy to help out. The adult classes have great diversity, with students of all ages— from 19 to retired— all races, and usually a fair split between men and women. Offering so many classes every week makes it easy to come often. The instructors are very knowledgeable and always make class fun, giving us new training activities every day. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to gain confidence, strength life skills or a fun new hobby!

  I really love this place. It's the perfect mix of great exercise, fighting and fun. I'm not looking to take the MMA world by storm. I'm just a middle aged dad who wants to stay in shape and get some self-defense in. Steve Sohn's is perfect.
  
  The first class was intimidating because I didn't know what I was getting into. But the instructor Anthony is, in addition to being really good at running a class, a super funny guy. So despite panting and sweating and taking the occasional knock to my noggin, class is really fun! Everyone is super nice, and even the experienced class badasses aren't all ego-driven and seem happy to help a noob out.
  
  If you're a woman and wondering about this place, my classes all seem to have a pretty decent number of women all experience levels in them. So it's not all mansplainey-testosteroney. Well, at least not for a fighting class!

  After searching for the right training center for a while I'm so glad I found Steve Sohn's Krav Maga Training Center. The instructors are great. They motivate and push you without being intimidating. I've always felt safe and respected. As a woman I especially appreciate that. Both the Krav and kickboxing classes have helped me lose 20 pounds. I feel strong and healthy thanks to everyone there!
