(June 20, 2023, 1:56 pm)When I came in I greeted by Jaylee the receptionist who was very sweet. Check in was so quick and easy and I got called in within minutes. I don’t remember who helped me purchase contacts but they price match 1800 contacts here which is so helpful. They insurance selection of frames is alright but if you pay a little bit more money for the upgraded frames they are so much nicer and more durable. Definitely my go to eye doctor now :)

In April, my 10 year old son, who is also on the autism spectrum, was vision tested and needed glasses. They were very patient and let him pick the frames he liked best. Fast forward to May and he cracked the frames. They were able to review the warranty and were able to give me discount to repair the frames. Now again, this month, his glasses were completely destroyed in a playground incident. I immediately ran to this location where they were able to get me a brand new set of glasses for him, including frame and new lenses within 30 minutes and gave me a break in price. I couldn't believe how compassionate and caring they were. I highly recommend this Sterling Optical, each employee I have dealt with has been very positive, caring and prompt.
P.S. Back in May when we went to repair the glasses, my husband actually left his credit card on the counter. The staff immediately called my husband and we returned to pick up the card. I couldn't believe how respectful and honest they were. -

(June 14, 2023, 1:14 pm)This has been my go to place for glasses for a couple years now and I absolutely love the doctor, she’s very nice and attentive. The sales associates are always very nice and kind. Chase helped me pick out a beautiful pair of Versace glasses with transition lenses and blue blocker coating for a great price too! She was so informative and so helpful. I normally hate going out and running these types of errands but coming here is always a pleasant experience.
