She was patient, kind, helpful and so much more. She made my brother and me feel very comfortable and made our first visit super welcoming!

(March 14, 2023, 6:36 pm)I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I filled out my paperwork ahead of time and only waited a few minutes to be called in for my eye exam. When I was done I sat with Janelle to go over the various frame options/lenses as I needed trifocals. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining to me how trifocals work, what to expect and that it would take some getting used to but to be patient. She was spot on and I love my new glasses!

(March 13, 2023, 3:47 pm)I had a wonderful experience at Sterling optical and I love my new glasses. Lauren fitted me with the best glasses and I would recommend this office to everyone! I had an amazing appointment with the doctor too. He took his time with me and actually took my prescription down and I can see better!!
