(June 5, 2023, 1:56 pm)I don't think I have ever bought jewelry from here, but I take all of my jewelry there to be worked on. They are the BEST! So professional and trustworthy. I have had old pieces from my grandmother fixed and they did such a nice job. They know what they are talking about and if you have a complicated piece that needs fixing - they will work thru it. I moved out of the area a few years ago and I come back just to bring my items here for adjusting or customizing.

They were able to make the intimidating process of engagement and wedding band shopping so very easy, including the design of a custom wedding band that my wife put together with their assistance. I can't recommend these folks enough. Their insight is individualized for each of their clients - something that can't be said for those nationwide chain jewelry stores! Thank you so much for your help!

From the beginning Nancy was extremely helpful and spent time walking us through diamond basics and answered all of our questions through the entire process. You can tell they truly care about their customers and are honest and thoughtful with their recommendations. I could not have been happier with the experience!

He listened to what I wanted and made design changes accordingly, resulting in me getting exactly what I was looking for. They also are very reasonably priced for a jewlery store, they will definitely be my go to for all my jewlery needs.
