  I highly highly highly recommend this funeral home for any families suffering a loss. The people who take care of you are kind and warm. They are very easy going about everything making you feel like your grieving process is the most important thing to them. During such a heartbreaking time it was a relief to work with such a wonderful group that made a hard time a little less hard.

  All I can say is that I wish I had the ability to give Stephens Funeral Home 10 stars instead of 5! My family had a fantastic experience with Matt and his staff. Our funeral had several components including local services with a large viewing, a church service the next day, transport of many flowers to the church and then to a retirement community afterwards, but also the complication of transport and burial in NC, where a plot had not yet been purchased and Stephens clearly didn't have the home court advantage. There were many moving parts and Matt and his team handled everything with compassion and kindness, Matt even drove my husband to his final home in NC. Top notch, class, upstanding in every way possible!

  When my dad unexpectedly passed away in the fall, I had no idea what to do or where to start. From the moment I walked in to Stephens, Rodney was kind, compassionate, and thorough with every detail for my dad's services. He worked with us on specific casket selection, gave advice on flowers, held our hand through paperwork, worked with us on the obituary and remembrance cards, and even led the service. My dad's day was a beautiful celebration of his life and the team at Stephens made sure it was perfect and not stressful for me and my family. I can tell Rodney and the whole team take such pride in what they do and truly care about those planning and grieving--they were just so incredible through the entire process. Even now, months later, we received a holiday card with an ornament with my dad's name to remember him. I found their prices fair and reasonable and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a funeral home.

  Stephen's funeral home was nothing short of wonderful to myself and my family through our time of grieving. From start to finish, they made the whole process so easy for us all, and offered nothing but compassion and support not only to my grandmother dealing with the loss of her husband, but to my whole family that was involved. We are beyond blessed to have found such a caring funeral home. Each of the services they hosted for us were absolutely perfect in every way. Matt (the owner) really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and made sure we knew we could contact him in the months to come if we needed anything. And Sammy the therapy dog was a perfect addition, too! Stephen's was truly unlike any funeral home we've ever encountered, and I speak for my whole family when I say you will NOT be disappointed in their hardwork and dedication to their jobs. Thank you, Stephen's Funeral Home, for all you did for us, and so many families like us. 100% recommend them for anyone's funeral service needs.

  Matt and the staff at Stephens Funeral Home went above and beyond to guide us through this process and make our time honoring my brother special. Everything felt very personalized and done with care. In addition, their therapy dog Sammy was a great comfort through a difficult day. Highly recommend.
