  Dr Kayiaros performed my hip replacement using the anterior approach, and by the third week after the surgery I was regularly walking without a cane. The surgery was at RWJ University Hospital Somerset, and everything went perfectly. When the arthritis started two years earlier, I was being seen by a different orthopedist at another orthopedics group in the Princeton area, and everything about Dr Kayiaros's office has been a better experience for me.

  Where do I start! I can’t express how happy I am with my results. I had my knee surgery 2 years ago. Little to no pain after the surgery with minimal scarring after the stitches healed.Dr. Kayiaros is the best. He gave me a second chance at having a normal existence. If you are looking for an exceptional doctor, Kayiaros is your man. I’ve referred several friends and family. Those who have used him are more than pleased with their results. Absolutely love him and his staff.

  The anticipation of having hip replacement surgery can be daunting and I was having all the natural concerns that having major surgery bring. I was comforted from the minute I arrived at the surgical center met with professional and caring staff to wonderful nurses that made me feel that everything was going to be ok. They were kind knowledgeable and reassuring. Once ready for surgery the anesthesiologist came in to visit and explained what was going to happen and then Dr. Kayiaros came in to say hi and mark the hip for replacement. I asked him to also add his autograph and so he did. And like any artist he takes pride in his work and everything went so well he was finished in under an hour. Minimal time under anesthesia and less stress on your body. Now 3 weeks after I could not be happier with he outcome. Feeling so much better and getting around very well almost ready to put my cane away. I want to give a big thank you to Dr. Kayiaros and his staff for a great experience.

  My name is Ping. I had my both hips replaced by Dr. Kayiaros. Before the surgery, I couldn’t walk without pain for many years. I would wake up at night with hip pain. It negatively affected my work, social and family life.
  
  Dr. Kayiaros replaced both of my hips on the same day. I didn’t know much about the hip replacement before I went for the operation. I was referred by a relative who had a great working experience with him, so I had faith in his ability to do the surgery.
  
  To my great surprise, I was able to get up and walk within an hour of the surgery! I can't express enough the wonderful things about Dr. Kayiaros: He's extremely skilled, understanding, and compassionate, and very knowledgeable. A month later, I was able to walk normally, drive, and work without pain. This was the best decision I made for myself. My lifestyle changed entirely for the better!
  
  Although it’s a major surgery, Dr. Stephen Kayiaros and his staff made it so pleasant and easy for me. I didn't experience that much pain. My friends who had done hip replacements from other places complained of pain, yet my healing after the surgery was incredible. It is truly a miracle.
  
  I appreciate Dr. Kayiaros so much, I referred him to my medical doctor, who referred her patients to him, and I referred all of my friends who need joint surgery to Dr. Kayiaros.
  
  I enjoy my new pain-free life every day, and I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Stephen Kayiaros' outstanding work.
