50 years ago today Dr, Kulick gave me an ultimatum, no alcohol and take your dilantin. Thank you Dr Kulick. Sober 50 years seizure free as long as I take my meds.

Very disappointed!! Dr kulick called me when my mom was in the hospital. He sent her there. He told me my mom had als and she had a year to live. I was crying. He said we don't have a crystal ball in this world. Long story short. My mom went to another doctor and he said my mom had a stroke. It's been two years later and my mom is doing well and is alive!!!!!! This doctor Should have retired a long time ago!!! Don't go to him go to dr el Sharif at the staten island hospital!!! What kind of doctor misdiagnoses someone? Very bad!!! My mom shouldnt pay for his bill because according to dr kulick she is dead!!! Don't go to dr. Kulick. Please!!!
