I've been with this Agency for a few years now... don't expect much for any particular insurance company... however, I have a very clean driving record! I've had little to contact them about over the years, however, i have checked other companies to compare rates and they seem to find me the best over time there... their professionalism is not the best... poor appearance of building, not the tidiest kept.... etc.. however, I recently purchased a new vehicle and wanted to again, check rates, and they have me covered for all that I've asked for, nothing more like others throw at you, also, taking the defensive driving course, I saved about 7% off my rate! I have muiti- policy coverage and I'm paying a fair price compared to other companies... it's our job to double check but theirs is to get what you need done! My only issue overall, I've tried calling and stopping in on different occasions and they are not always present... and/or on top of answering and responding to phone calls! That can discourage some or mislead others, yet I've had a good experience after getting my insurance needs met and little to no problems asking questions or getting any documents i may have needed to keep my insurance from lapsing... any changes seem to be dealt with promptly after speaking with both the secretary and my agent, Mark Steinhaus. I recommend for anybody who needs insurance... they will get you covered!
