  I can’t say enough about the team of caring individuals who helped me during my mother’s decline and through her passing. I especially want to thank my mother’s hospice nurse Pinal. She always answered her phone or immediately texted when I needed her. Pinal was kind, compassionate and caring, not only towards my mother but towards me as well.   Everyone at Stein Hospice was so kinda and supportive to my dad and my family. They were like Angels sent from God. We were blessed and forever grateful to everyone at Stein Hospice. May God continued blessings all the staff. Thank you again for everything. ❤️

  Stein Hospice was an absolute god-send for my father and my family. We had NO CLUE what to expect 5 months ago when we signed on with them, but they guided us every step of the way. My family and I are so grateful to have had the support, caring, and advice these past five months. Nearly every individual we dealt with was professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable, and reassuring during a terribly difficult time. Their 24/7 availability was a life-saver as well. Middle of the night emergencies were met with on-call staff talking us through them or visiting if necessary.
  
  Honorable mentions:
  
  *Ayana, my dad's nurse, answered every call or text from the smallest question to the biggest concern and went the extra mile for my dad on her time off. Her ability to make changes immediately and/or on the fly was nothing if not spectacular
  
  *Decima, my dad's aide, was my mother's and our bright spot daily-she has the most bubbly, loving, and sweet demeanor and had my dad in the palm of her hands along with reassuring us and guiding us constantly; she was more than an aide in our daily lives and we could not have gotten through this time without her
  
  *Yeong Bae, Executive Director, provided my sister and me with continued care and support (on his personal time as well as during work hours) and imparted wonderful advice to us all-he could talk anyone down from the ledge
  
  *Rochelle, my dad's social worker, went above and beyond with meetings, texts, phone calls and visits that helped not only my dad, but each of his family members as well
  
  *Rabbi Kinzbrunner offered an ear, as well as spiritual guidance, to my dad and to the family he offered a beautiful service, showing he actually knew our father, while respecting our beliefs and comfort level
  
  Lastly, Mary Jane, Sharon, Nilam, Pinal, Hina, Koonj, and everyone else we dealt with (through lots of phone calls, texts, and late night on-call advice) were always reassuring and a welcome, calming presence.
  
  Even after my father passed, they have visited my mother, sent us individual sympathy cards, and been in touch to keep the grief process as positive as is possible.
  
  If you are ever in need of hospice care, you would be blessed to work with the people at Stein.

  I was very happy with the six months service this Hospice Agency provided to my husband. Additionally, thank you for supplying the wheelchair and the air mattress of an excellent quality. I will not forget to spread the good news around.

  If you find yourself in need of a Hospice Agency this is the one to call! We have utilized their services for two family members and they made an unbarable experience easy each time. Each and everyone one of their staff members truly understands what end of life care should be like for both the patient and the family. We could never have gotten through such a difficult time without them. The care and support that they gave to both us as a family and our loved ones was truly a gift that we will always cherish.
