  Needed a used car evaluation and they got me in right away, did a through evaluation and pointed out all the pluses and minus’s of the vehicle. Even tightened a few loose bolts. Andrew was awesome! If we were locals this would be our new shop!

  Brought my car in cause it was screeching at me, got it fixed here for less than 50 bucks and it don't screech anymore. Quality mechanic.

  I'm a relatively new customer at Steckel's but members of my family have been going to Steckel's for quite some time now. They're not a big organization, but so far I've seen that their pros have taken really good care of our vehicles for many years. Their staff are professionals, their pricing are reasonable, but what is important is that we trust them with all of our automotive services and repair needs, and as long as they continue to treat us respectfully and fairly we will continue to remain loyal to their business. Thanks Rick, for fixing my car S0!!

  My daughter was nearly killed in an auto accident Jan 2019 at 1am in the morning 7 miles from this garage.
  Car was totaled and apparently Steckels was called even though she had AAA ins. She was in state of mind to make any decision!
  When I called the next day to ask if car was totaled he said yes. I went there to get belongings and he handed me an $805 bill and said he would take $605!!! Told me he had a big clean up on road! How long does it take to pick up a few parts from a car up? 10 mins maybe?
  I understand a 1am call is inconvenient but $605 for a 7 mile tow!
  He was nice enough to drop storage costs in his big empty lot but I mailed him Bill of Sale so he will get something from scrap yard for it.
  Price gouging on a 22 yr old who was nearly killed in a car accident. Cmon!
  Well, I feel so damn bad now! My daughter went up there and explained her situation and he felt so bad he omitted charges and wouldn’t take nothing! Apparently he does have a big heart! My bad😞
