Great acceleration and I love the fact that I can set it to three different speed levels. I have gotten so many compliments about my scooter. Very good customer service. If you can't get a hold of them on the phone Because they're busy they will definitely Text you back To answer any ofYour questions.I had my scooter shipped to me From them.It was packed in a wooden crateThat was on a pallet To ensure no damage.
