  Had a wonderful time at Steady Slope! Hosts were very friendly and even offered to take our stuff on a buggy as we were in the campground up the hill. We definitely felt spoiled with the comfortable bed and chairs, grill and plenty of supplies, the water jug they provided, the unlimited firewood with fire starter, the fresh flowers, the hot water shower and sauna, the bright pair of lanterns and the cuddles offered by Pepper and Ripley :)
  Beautiful and very well kept grounds and beautiful stars at night. Highly recommend this experience for couples or people looking to unwind with comfort.

  An absolutely beautiful sanctuary for the body, mind, and spirit! So much gratitude for your warm, generous hospitality! I will never forget our special birthday experience listening to the rain fall on the sauna roof in such a gorgeous setting - stunning!

  I've stayed at steady slope three times -- in two of their camp sites in the summer, as well as their heated and furnished wall tent site in the winter. I will be coming here again and again. I highly recommend that you support this family and visit their property during any season to explore the slope, relax in the sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor shower, spend time with their PERFECT doggies, and enjoy the catskills. Thank you for some of my favorite memories!

  Christopher and Amanda have a wonderful property and are great hosts! They are communicative, outgoing, and accommodating to requests. We enjoyed our very private campsite which came with as much free firewood as we could possibly need and a 7 gallon water jug. What puts their property over the top is their charging station, sauna, and outdoor shower. Nothing beats capping off your night with a sauna, cold plunge, and taking a hot shower during moonrise with a firefly and starlit sky, as crickets are chirping throughout the surrounding woods. The property is also well situated close to a local brewery, cider mill, hikes, waterfalls, and lakes and ponds.

  Christopher and Amanda are wonderful hosts who will make you feel comfortable and welcome. I have been to sauna/cold plunge multiple times and love it every time! It's private, relaxing, and they make sure you have everything you need. The property is a beautiful mix of meadows, forest, and farmstead. Highly recommend booking a stay and getting the full experience. I will certainly be back :)
