  Fantastic hot yoga studio! Not from the area and decided to take a chance on a class. Had THE BEST class today ( great mix of heat and humidity), really welcoming. Check them out!

  I highly recommend Stayin Aligned Hot Yoga Studio. I’ve been with Tracy for five years and she promotes a welcoming and judgement-free environment. She was committed to offering us yoga throughout the pandemic – whether it was zoom or audio or eventually getting us all back into the hot room safely. I don’t know what I would do without her and her studio.
  She’s currently expanding the studio and the changes are incredible! I look forward to what she has in store for us! Thank you Tracy!

  I’ve been doing yoga now for about seven years, but had to take a little time off after knee surgery, and just returned to Stayin' Aligned recently, and was amazed by Tracy’s expansion. The space is literally twice as big as it was with retail space for clothing and other yoga supplies, construction on showers that I’m so psyched about that will be coming soon, and the always encouraging staff at Stayin' Aligned!!
  
  I highly recommend this hot yoga studio, and I’ve just brought one of my friends into the falls just recently. Tracy is simply the best and never fails to make me laugh in every class which I enjoy so much!

  I have had the good fortune to practice at this studio for some time and I am so thankful for Tracy. She is a welcoming and supportive person as is the community that she has created. “Healing the body from the inside out” is working for me especially since I’ve endured some surgeries. Truly thankful. Highly recommend to all.
