Have been very happy here as far as doctors, PAs and nurses. Not a fan of having to come early and sit and wait 20+ min for your appointment.
Dr. Stauffer has been my primary care doctor for over 20 years. I can’t imagine having to go back to a large group where the doctor gets only 10 minutes, and then I’m rushed out the door. I have had short appts., and I have needed extra time occasionally. I never get upset if they are running behind because I know that they are giving true care to their patients. I will be crying when Dr. Stauffer retires. I wish all doctors were as caring. And he has the skills that go along with being a great doctor.
This is an EXCELLENT practice!! I’ve never had an issue with scheduling or changing an appointment ever. The office staff is on point and the whole practice runs like a well oiled machine. Dr Stauffer and Dr Nepo are terrific physicians. I now live in Barto but still make the drive to Quakertown to see either doctor. Both docs are straight forward, caring and compassionate when dealing with patients. Your never treated like a number here. If you are a patient of this practice, consider yourself to be very fortunate and you should be thankful. There are a lot of practices that only care about your copay amount and how many patients they can push through the door. This practice cares about the patient, not the size of your wallet. And if you are late for an appointment, well, plan better next time around. No doctor should make patients wait because you didn’t plan accordingly. Late is late and late gets you back of the line privileges or a reschedule. That’s just how it is.

Now I'm going to boost Dr. Stauffer's rating. If there were more than 5 stars he would get them. He is the BEST DOC EVER! Always cheery and willing to listen and gives good advice. Six months ago he thought he heard a slight murmur. My last checkup, he didn't hear it. I asked how this could be? He told me they sometimes present themselves differently, but I would like you to get an Echo and EKG. I did and there was a slight, very slight stenosis on the one valve. I told my daughter in law who is a nurse at University of Pennsylvania in the Cardiac ward. She said , "Your Doc has MAD SKILLS if he could hear that with a stethoscope, you better keep him around!" I looked at her and told her......."HE IS A GOOD LISTENER!" :-)
I love Dr Stauffer my mother went here an ever since then me an my brother have gone here pretty much since birth GREAT DOCTORS.
