Station Bay

I have lived here for almost a year in September. I have not had any major issues. When I make a maintenance call, they are quick to address the issue. When I speak with anyone from the office, they have shown me much respect and has answered my questions and concerns. Most of the tenants are nice and there's always some kind of event happening. I do wish that there were a children's park/play area for my baby to play outside.

LOVE LOVE LOVE live @ Station Bay! Moved in to a 2BR November 2022. This is truly like living on 'vacation' every single day! Everyone is so friendly, Jim our Sup is INCREDIBLE and so willing to help with everything! My Dog, Puddles loves the grounds and the park on site! We signed a 2 year lease and I cannot wait for the summer months to come to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities! Best decision to come live here!

I just moved to NJ from Orlando Florida. Yes, from Florida. I love the place.

The fact that the train station is a few steps from our building is convenient because my daughter lives in the city and I can jump on a train and end up in Penn Station 50 min later. Plus it's great if I have drinks that I don't have to drive back to NJ. I love the view I have too. I can see the Ocean and lighthouse on one side, the cool little town and the train coming and going on the other side.

On the other side of the train station is Broadway street with quaint little stores, bars, restaurants, etc... I use the Barber Shop, a little coffee shop and breakfast place often.

The management arranges to have food trucks park in our parking lot often so that's convenient.

I couldn't imagine not having a parking spot in the covered garage now that I do. It makes the winter very tolerable.

I have a dog and we use the dog park and dog spa a lot. The place is super dog friendly.

The staff is good. The maintenance guys are kind and always say hi and interact with my dog. When ever I've asked for help, locked myself out, requested things, the staff has always been kind and prompt.

A few weeks after I arrived they had a resident appreciation party with tons of food, beer and wine. I got to meet some nice neighbors.

The appliances are brand new and high tech. The kitchen is big and easy to get around. I love the wine cooler and I love that the oven is gas. Better to cook on in my opinion.

The lobby and sitting areas area amazing and I've chilled there several times. The amenities are incredible. I use the gym and was able to cancel my gym membership. I use the game room when I have guests and bring snacks, etc... The Golf Simulator is on par with the ones people pay $100 per 30 minutes to use. And it plays other games. The little shop it has allows me to grab snacks and things when I'm craving something or forgot something. The rental room with Bikes and electric scooters is handy, and it has a VR game that I can rent instead of buy since I just want to have it when my grandson comes to visit, the theatre room has a set up that would hold a group of people and can be reserved. I can't wait to use it. I've watched a few football games down in the lobby at the bar with some food and drink I brought. I can't wait for spring to use the grills, firepits and chill a the pool.

Ive been shopping around for an apartment for quite some time now and I’ve never received such professionalism as I received from this Leasing Manager Martina Rabat. She took her time showing me the various amenities. She thoroughly explained all the necessary details and fees, pertaining to the rental. I Truly recommend that you stop by Station Bay and Visit Martina. You’ll be Glad you did!!!
