  I lived at Urby Staten Island for 3 years and loved every day of it! The pricing is good for all the amenities provided. Management and maintenance always got back to me in reasonable time. The tenants at Urby range on a wide spectrum, you get a little bit of everything. It’s fun when you finally finds your group of favorite neighbors. I always felt safe coming home late from work. Urby really felt like home for my needs.

  I luuuve Urby! It’s like a mini U.N. There are Eastern Europeans, Italians, Latinos from various countries etc. Everyone is very friendly. The management offers several community activities every month. The management is also very friendly and responds to any concerns quickly. Maintenance does an A+ job keeping the place clean. The views of NYC and the Verrazano bridge are spectacular !

  I moved to Urby with my son last year and have had a wonderful experience. The staff has gone above and beyond to create a community that is welcoming, warm, and inviting. Every morning we are greeted with smiles and we are excited to come home every day. The restaurants are delicious and add a lively component to the grounds. The pool, playground, and surrounding park create an environment where we never even have to leave the grounds to have a lovely day. We recently attended "Ramen Night" which featured a chef tasting for residents and had a blast meeting our neighbors and enjoying a delicious meal. This is one of the amazing resident events planned by Urby staff member Brandon Santa Ana. We recently renewed our lease and are excited for another happy, peaceful, and wholesome year at our home at Urby.

  Love, Love, Love this place!!! To start, Ashley is amazing! She helped me find the perfect apartment before I even got to New York. We had multiple conversations about various units because they were all going so quickly. As I was deciding which one to fill out an application for, she'd run up and take pictures of the unit and the view since I wasn't here in person. It's just as beautiful as it is in the pictures and I enjoy my peaceful little place. Everyone that visits is amazed by how neat the place is and you can't beat the views. We have a communal kitchen, awesome coffee shop/bakery with the best service and vegan options, Ice cream shop and amazing restaurants all in the complex. There's also a parking garage and no matter how many people he deals with, he always knows who you are when you walk in to pay for your parking. And the guy in the Security booth is the nicest guy ever! Let me also mention the cleaning crew who keep this place looking phenomenal and Maintenance who are here in a heartbeat if you call. We're also minutes away from the ferry. I could go on and on! It would be nice if one of the open spaces were turned into a bodega and I'd love to see us have a dinner night where people take their dinner down to the common areas and eat together. Everyone here is so friendly, I think that'd be a great way for us all to get to know each other. They do host wonderful events and encourage participation so maybe that could be included. And, they are super pet friendly. Just a great community! Thank you Urby fam for this wonderful place we call home!

  Ike is awesome. He’s personable, helpful, very on the ball. He goes out of his way to make URBY great for both residents and guests. When I moved in he was so great and helped me know where to go for things. Always calm even when he’s very busy. Dude Rocks! All the staff here are outstanding honestly and always smiling even when stressed by so much going on. I recommend it here. Worth every dollar!
