But yesterday, I entered this Starbucks location excited because I had earned a ten dollar giftcard as a reward from P&G for being such a great panelist. Though to my surprise and embarrassment when the cashier entered the digital gift code she received an "invalid" error. Good thing I showed her the "electronic gift card" prior to ordering. I already contacted the company that issued me the gift card and am awaiting a response. But I am leaving this review of five stars simply for the cashier, whose name is Beth. Beth was so very pleasant with her customer service and ability to attempt to get the giftcard to work. She must have felt my embarrassment because she in return was such a sweetheart. Thanks Beth. Give Beth a raise!!!!

(October 30, 2019, 12:14 pm)They always make my drink right, and the one or two times that I went in with a Starbucks secret menu recipe - they were nice enough to do it for me. It really helps if you go in with the details of the recipe rather than just walking in and asking for it, because they don't always know what the secret menu items are.

(August 15, 2018, 7:20 am)Tom's River Starbucks always goes out of there way to make me happy. They all know my drink and one of the only Starbucks that keeps decaf iced coffee all year round! I took a pic of the staff the day the electric went off and they stayed in 90 degree heat until it came back on.
