  I just had a MRI at the Stand-Up MRI in Yonkers. The staff was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this imaging facility.

  I've been to both locations for MRI and I have to say I was very pleased with this Yonkers location. The front desk was very friendly. Then when I went in for the MRI I was very nervous but BOBBI the technician was extremely helpful and kind and patient. She took her time to make sure that I was comfortable and continued to check in throughout my MRI to make sure that I was okay. This was a breath of fresh air. I was so glad to have Bobbi there during my visit it really put my anxiety at ease. My previous appointment was at the Broadway location and the technician there was horrible, no patience or empathy for people. I will never go back there.

  I was referred to another mri place from my Dr which was a nightmare. They kept telling me the script didn't match the workers comp site of injury and also they said they need approval from workers comp also they kept telling me I needed a implant card because I have a plate in my left arm . I finally got fed up . I decided to call stand up mri of Yonkers they were so polite on the phone answering all my questions gave me appt asap.when I went in for the MRI the man explained everything to me. They provided excellent customer service from the receptionist to the technician. I highly recommend stand up Mri of Yonkers .Thank you for making the process so easy and comfortable.

  I decided to have my MRI at this location, and The customer service and patient care were excellent. from checking in at the front desk with Liz to getting the MRI done with the help of Bobbie the technician and nurse Nancy's assistance, it all made me feel comfortable and safe. They really have a great team, definitely on the top of my list for referrals.
