St Peters is really my home parish, even though I don't live in this area anymore, every time I am back visiting it feels good to attend Mass there. It feels like home.
Beautiful church. Also have massive tag sales to raise money for different things.
I went here for a blood drive, So I do not have a lot to review.
I will say it was pretty cold in the room where I donated a blood, but otherwise it all went well.
We had my grand daughter's baptism there. The inside of the church is extremely beautiful. There are many marble works of art snd architecture throughout the church. As well as gorgeous stained glass windows throughout its interior.
The priest conducting the the baptism was very informative about the ceremony itself. And he explained each step in detail, as he performed it.
Father Peter gave our Mom, Velma Leighton, comfort in her time of sickness. He came to our house at a moments notice, to the hospital, to Aaron Manor in Chester and to our home again during her illness...all in 4 weeks time. We were truly Blessed by his presence, his delightful sense of humor and his sincere kindness. We have attended Mass and he displays those same characteristics..St Peters Church has a warm welcoming community. We are happy that we are back to the Church we were married in and where we baptized our children. Our special thanks to Father Peter!
