(July 16, 2022, 4:27 pm)We hosted our son’s birthday at this venue and it was absolutely perfect. Debbie was very flexible and accommodating, the space had a homey feel and did not need a lot of decoration to set up the party. I will definitely rent the space again for future events!

(November 21, 2019, 3:00 pm)St. Lydia is a relatively small Lutheran community in Brooklyn. Every Sunday and Monday they celebrate Dinner worship, an eucharistic meal with songs and prayers. There is an low key, welcoming atmosphere here that makes you at home. The meals are delicious, and the people working there are wonderful.

(May 18, 2014, 2:20 pm)I visit St. Lydia's every time I'm in New York and recommend it to other visitors. I've been been in New York at least twice a year since St. Lydia's began. Regulars now introduce me to newer people as a friend of the congregation from San Francisco. St. Lydia's really gets genuine welcome. It's also always renewing itself, grow, changing from very good to even better. So many visits and it's still fresh and surprising in ways I love.
