  I am very pleased with the care provided by my doctor, Laura Kropf, DO -- always efficient, respectful and professional. Yesterday my appointment was with Sonja Sharma, CRNP, likewise very professional, experienced and caring. I'd also like to thank Wendy, the nurse who checked me in yesterday for her calming and cordial manner. As always, check-in was efficient, and I was seen promptly.

  Ive been going to this practice for over 20 years, which should tell you all you need to know. My PCP is Dr Kropf and you won't find a more thorough Dr. Good diagnostician and very caring. If she is unavailable then Dr Lombardi usually is. He is a no nonsense guy who will fix what ails you. Amy and Rosie make-up part of the part of the front staff and are also quite good. Rosie can seem a bit gruff but that's just her act. She will work very hard to solve whatever problem you have.and is a good egg. And also noteworthy, if you need to be seen immediately, you will be seen by one of the dictors that day.

  I've only experienced friendly front desk staff, nurses and doctors. Dr. Bautista is my pcp and he is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to messages and prescription renewals. If you care about your health I highly recommend seeing him.

  I absolutely love this practice. Sonja Sharma is my PCP and takes great care of me. The office runs smoothly, I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. They also get me in for appointments as soon as possible, often offering same day appointments. I recommend Sonja and Village Medical Center to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
