Such a relief to find such a compassionate family Dr! I worked with this Dr some time ago and always admired her for her compassion, skill and knowledge so when I needed a Dr that would help me search for answers and take time to understand me I thought of her. Best decision ever! Dr Kahn is professional, warm and caring. She takes the time to listen to what you're dealing with or going through. She tells you what you need to hear but never scolds me or makes me feel bad. She is also very empathetic and non judgemental. I feel like I can tell her anything. And that makes a big difference in the care a physician provides! I trust all the physicians in this practice with my family's care! Best family practice around!
Dr. Patel is a compassionate physician who takes the time to really listen to his patients. He is very informative, you will always learn something valuable on each visit. It is very rare to find such a wonderful physician. I reccommend him to everyone.
The doctors are excellent! They may be running late because they don't rush their patients. This is an amazing gift these days. They ask questions, check on line to see if your insurance covers prescriptions and how much so you don't have to call them back and ask for something cheaper that.... I can go on and on. My only frustration is calling them. Some times they answer and sometimes they don't. They do call back though. I also had an issue with getting the correct phone number for billing receipt for my medical debit card audit. These departments make you wait on hold for 15 minutes or don't call back if you leave a message. What a waste of my time! All issues I have with this office are really the hospital's fault and the limitations they put on their small dr. offices. All hospitals are about the money. These doctors are all about the patient! Like old fashioned, caring doctors. These days, it is worth the wait and frustration because they are that good.
