(January 31, 2023, 3:44 am)St Johnland is a step above the rest of the nursing homes out there. My mother was a resident here for 5 years and she was very happy. The nurses and aides are all very nice and they do an excellent job taking care of the residents. Food is also great. The Recreation Director does an excellent job by keeping the residents occupied. It was comforting to know that a doctor was on staff and is there every day. Plus other doctors are available for those who need a podiatrist, orthopedic, primary doctor and a dentist visit the place . There's another doctor who is there a few days a week. She actually gives you her cell phone number if you want to discuss anything regarding your love ones care. When you walk into the front door you don't know that you are in a nursing home. It looks like a hotel. What I liked the most was there was no foul odor within the entire place! We visited a few places and we decided on St Johnland because of the cleanliness and the attention they give every resident. I read the negative reviews and I don't understand how that is possible because I was there every day and I never saw anything that this person was talking about. This is a great place for your loved one.

(January 10, 2023, 7:20 am)Can't say enough about this place. The care my father got was a above and beyond. From the front desk, nurses doctors and physical therapy it is awesome. Everyone kept in contact with my family as to how my father was doing they gave extra care had a meeting to tell is his progress as well as a plan going forward. When his insurance company was only giving 5 days in the Social workers advocated for him because it was necessary to keep getting PT and OT
I cannot say enough about the care and treatment. Food was good activities fun for all residents and short term patients. I highly recommend this facility. -

From the doctors to the nurses to the many helpers, nothing but kindness and efficiency. I do not have one complaint. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking.

(April 27, 2022, 8:25 am)My mother received excellent care and attention as she recovered from a serious medical event. The staff: Nursing, PT/OT, Recreation, Dietary, Social Work, Admissions, Housekeeping, Engineering and Administration, were all very helpful to my family and me, and they were always keeping us informed. My mother enjoyed her stay and the friends she met so much that she has mentioned returning in the future and is missing St. Johnland as if it was her "home away from home". Thank you, St.Johnland for being so kind and for putting people, like my mother, first !!!
