  Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great doctors. Clean environment. Staff comes out to your car and brings your pet inside. They explain any medical results. If it is complicated, the veterinarians come out to see you. Very reasonable prices.

  Dr. O’ Connor and her staff have been amazing and so sweet and gentle with all of my pets. I have been bringing my pets to her for years and she is just so wise and not in it for the money at all like some doctors can be. She genuinely cares about you and your pet. My cat is accident prone and I go frequently and she always looks out for her and goes above and beyond to make sure of the best outcomes for my cat. I had to take my cat to the animal hospital recently and she contacted them about the possibility of trying another treatment before trying a more expensive and invasive treatment and it has been working (the more expensive and invasive treatment doesn’t have much research for cats and isn’t guaranteed to work either). She knows what she is doing and I trust her more than anyone with my pets needs. Not just because I have known her for years, but because she is truly amazing! Her staff is so sweet and attentive too! It seems she selects the best of the best to work with her because they have all always been the sweetest people to me and my pets!

  Always professional and up to date. Dr. O’Connor and her colleagues are top notch. I highly recommend them. I have 6 cats and two Irish Setters and all of my animals go to them. I am a former breeder of top winning Balinese and Oriental cats and I know good veterinary care. St. Frances Animal Clinic offers excellent care at reasonable cost.

  I will (and have several times in the past) continue to recommend St. Francis Animal Clinic to my pet parent friends. Dr Kelly O'Connor has been my vet for over 30 years, even before she established her own practice. Her compassion and care, her knowledge and patience to share it, is a blessing. And now, with my 2 senior cats with advanced stage kidney disease, we rely on Dr Kelly just as much as ever, since they were first rescued by SNAPS, Inc., over 17 years ago! I am so very grateful for Dr Kelly and her staff of caring individuals.

  This practice is awesome. They have been my only trusted vet practice for many years. I’ve had all my cats treated here and the vets are all more than competent. Dr. O’Connor has magical surgeons hands, Dr. Nemeth is a whiz at pharmacology, and Dr. Sam was quick to formulate a treatment plan for a weird cat ear “injury”.
  The receptionist I usually speak to (Leslie) is a doll, super efficient, and more knowledgeable than a receptionist needs to be.
  Pricing is fair, and all employees really CARE about treating the animal, first and foremost. Thank you for taking such great care of my fur-babies!!
