  I was taken to St Charles by Ambulance for a complicated diverticulitis attack and spent 6 weeks there. Had surgery and medical care for 4 weeks and then 2 weeks of continued medical care and rehab. I cannot express my thanks to every nurse and every aide, every Doctor and every Physical Therapist who treated or visited or cared for me. I was listened to and heard and treated with tenderness by everyone. Can't say enough good things about St Charles and Catholic Home Services for nursing, behavioral, and PT care afterward.

  Just gave birth to my precious baby girl here- the whole experience was great! The nurses and staff went beyond my expectations. I do have to give a special shout-out to our labor and delivery nurse Anna. She was absolutely amazing!! She made my husband and I feel so comfortable during an anxious and exciting time as first time parents. She was supposed to get off shift as I was ready to start pushing but she made sure she was there for me the whole entire process. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her, she was exactly what I needed during that time. She is everything a nurse should embody. Thank you again to the whole staff at St Charles and everyone who helped us along the way!

  I submitted myself to the ER around 4AM due to abdominal / pelvic pain that didn’t allow me to sleep and sue to my body type and condition I was limited to certain tests but stayed overnight for monitoring my pain and the doctors and medical staff are pleasant, this one GYN that worked on Good Friday, Dr. Smith I would give you 5 stars THANK YOU ! you made me feel so comfortable and safe and request for the test results promptly, 5 stars to Nurse Teresa from 3E Floor and all medical staff on the floor there Dr Ahmed and team thank you and 1 star for the liquid diet, broth was good on the first tray, I got lemon ice on my first tray from the ER and no lemon ice when I was in 3E and broth was super bland awful !! Provide salt and pepper and lemon juice packets to adjust

  I recently had to bring my 5 year old to get a sleep study at St. Charles. Which was about as great as it sounds. But the staff were terrific with my son and they made the experience as good as it could have gone. The rooms were clean and somewhat comfortable. They could use bigger beds. From check in to discharge it was very well run.
