I was in a Tuff spot but Melinda and Tom made it happen they kept pushing until we got the results we were looking for.Well Melinda and Tom thank you for all your hard work in making my Dream come true this is a beautiful apartment complex. (June 12, 2023, 10:23 pm)Switching both leasing management & maintenance management for this complex was the best thing to happen to this place. Tom from leasing has gone above & beyond, and I mean BEYOND, especially for the kids! From running over to the park within seconds if there’s ever an issue, hosting a free paint & plant day for all the kids in the complex, providing snacks & refreshments…he’s done an incredible job of building up the community. He’s also gone out of his way to receive answers & provide solutions to every billing, rental question I’ve ever had regarding my lease.
Anthony & Makeo from Maintenance are EQUALLY as great. I can’t express how relieving it is to have a genuine, family/ kid friendly maintenance team that provides immediate solutions for any issues that have occurred!!
I would say the majority of the people living in this complex are living here because of the environment the employees cultivate. It could be a very different situation with different employees & I am genuinely grateful for a safe housing experience! -

(June 12, 2023, 11:18 am)Melinda was very helpful during our leasing process. She was very nice and took her time showing us each apartment. She gave us one of the best apartments where you can see the sunset every night. It’s a very friendly community and maintenance is very responsive. Anthony the head of maintenance is always on top of everything. Melinda and Tom in leasing really care about the community and the residents. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment to check out this community. Very peaceful and a ton of amenities. Beautiful pool, gym, community room, playground for kids, basketball courts and hockey/tennis courts and a beautiful pond. I would highly recommend this place very clean and peaceful.

(March 6, 2023, 1:57 pm)I love living here at spruce pond . It is lovely with the pond and grounds to walk around. I never thought I would like apartment living, this is quiet and has great amenities . The playground and bbqs and sports are all great for all ages . Tom and Melinda are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful . The maintenance crew also are friendly. They always wave hello. In all the years I’ve been here I only needed the dryer heating element replaced . It was fixed the same day it broke. So all in all this is a wonderful place to live and it’s important when all the people working here are so nice and friendly .
