  I hear the staff speak with my family member and other residents with kindness, skill and patience.

  I think everybody was great at Springside, the nurses were awesome, the therapists are the best and I had a lot of fun with activities and made a lot of friends, all while being treated with respect. Thank you to everyone for helping me reach my goal to return home!

  This is an amazing nursing and rehab facility. The therapists are all very caring and committed to helping you to heal and recover so you are capiable to return home. I broke all the bones in my ankle and i required a facility before and after my surgery. The nursing staff and CNA's cared about my pain and comfort level. The assistants were very respectful of my privacy. The food is very good and if you don't like what's on the menu they offer many other options. The dining room staff is friendly and polite. There is absolutely no smell of urine, it is a very clean place. If I ever need to rehab again I would return to this facility. There are no facilities where you will find all workers who are 100% polite and caring and find staff that does not make mistakes but I found a small amount of people here that were like that.

  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Springside. I had my brother transferred to Springside (with the help of two awesome gals) from a nursing home around Boston so we could be closer to him which would enable us to see him often. I was amazed when we went to see him. Springside was so bright and cheerful. The place was exceptionally clean (so unlike the place he had come from). The administrator, Denise, was personable and caring and had everything prepared when we got there. The nurses and staff were very caring and took care of Brad’s needs. They even had him on a special mattress for his comfort. Since my brother was blind I would often call the nurses station and ask them to go to his room and change the channel so he could hear his Celtics and Red Sox play. They were very accommodating. Also my brother Brad was not able to feed himself or cut up his food and every meal a nurse/aid was there to feed him. I highly 100% recommend this wonderful nursing home that actually cares for their patients. Thank you everyone at Springside that took care of my brother. I take comfort in the fact that he was in such good hands when he passed. I can’t thank you all enough.
