  I went to another place first to get a quote for some jewelry to sell, then i went to see George at Springfield jewelry and diamond. He was very gracious and took his time to evaluate my jewelry, he is a true expert !! I was pleasantly surprised with the price he gave me. This is the place to go if you have quality jewelry to sell. Real professionals.

  My wife and I always have a great experience here. They are helpful and not pushy and have had the same people there for as long as I've been coming (about 10 years) and probably longer. We go here for all our purchases and repairs.
  
  They have a safe and well laid out store. They also have plenty to choose from and do custom work as well. They made our wonderful engagement and wedding band in the picture. Plus they buy gold as well and think about the long-term and treating the customer well.
  
  They've earned my loyalty as a customer and you should check them out.

  Very nice, friendly, and professional! I went to get a family ring resized smaller. Not only did they resize it, but they redid my band to make it more sturdy and not break (part of it was thin as ever) as it was worn down for over 50 years. They did the job rather quick! Highly recommend!

  Always a great experience! Michael and George are very knowledgeable about jewelry and the merchandise is absolutely gorgeous. No one has better scrap gold trade-in prices. They offer literally double and even more than some other places in the area. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I wish more shops were this good. Seriously.

  Had George put together a Ceylon Sapphire engagement ring and it came out amazing. Couldn’t be happier. George was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back to see George for the next piece of jewelry.
