  The staff at Spring Village Stratford go above and beyond - they sincerely care about their residents and treat them like family. We were moving dad from California to Connecticut to be closer to us so we interviewed 9 facilities. Spring Village Stratford was alone at the top. Once we met the Spring Village staff and spoke with residents - the decision was easy. The Director of Community Relations was fantastic. She made sure that dad was welcomed and felt at home. If you are looking for a facility that provides top-notch service and sincerely cares about your loved one - consider Spring Village at Stratford.

  Best respite care-2 weeks! Food is outstanding. Staff are friendly & helpful. Great atmosphere among all the seniors. Just a great place for your loved one.

  We moved our mom into Spring Village "memory care unit" in December 2022. Our experience so far has been wonderful. The facility is beautiful and well maintained & managed. The entire staff is so caring and compassionate. We feel like our mom is now getting the care she needs. A BIG THANK YOU to Karolina & the entire staff. Please keep up the Great Care! Thank You So Much!

  I was in jam and Spring Village came to the rescue. After being turned down last minute by another assisted living facility, Nancy at Spring Village worked with me to get him assessed by their head nurse and find him a room within a day's notice. Amazing.
  
  It's been a week since then and I've been impressed with the attentiveness, professionalism and overall positive attitude of the staff and management. They've gone the extra mile in accommodating their services to our individual needs. In addition, they have referred us to excellent 3rd party service providers that have been instrumental in getting my dad the care he needs. Thank you!

  In looking for a home for my sister who needs memory care, my son and I interviewed eleven facilities in four states in the Northeast. We visited the six that seemed most promising. The first visit was to Spring Village in Stratford, and we walked away saying that they had set a very high bar for our other visits. The staff was so welcoming and clearly competent, kind, and informative. We had the sense that they loved their work and were very proud of the home. They were genuinely interested in hearing about my sister and talking about how they might personalize her care and treatment. They were also committed to helping us, the family members, through what was a difficult time for us all. We were most impressed. After walking away from the last facility we visited, we both said that it was clear what decision we wanted to make. Spring Village was the one. My sister has lived there for two months now, and we have been most pleased with the personal, friendly, and warm relationships she is developing with the staff. The activities and resources available to her are varied and appealing. We feel like she has truly found a home, one in which we all enjoy visiting her.
